"Worst. Insurance. Agent. Ever. If you can get them on the phone, which I bet you can’t, they are very rude and don’t care about you. I had to leave multiple phone messages just to get a text response. They tried to handle my issues through text messaging, messing my account up and getting more charges on my bill without telling me why or what they were for. So when I tried to call to figure it out, guess what, no one would pick up the phone. Needles to say, I switched to progressive and my bill is now much lower and my deductible is also half of what it was with State Farm for the same coverage."
